🛍️ Orders & Payments

1. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders faster.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.

3. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?

COD is available for most locations. Some remote pin codes may not be eligible.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote areas: 5–8 working days

5. How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

6. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

7. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery, if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
A clear unboxing video is required for all return requests.

8. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, items like personal care, hygiene-based products, custom items, and “non-returnable” products cannot be returned.

9. Do I have to pay any return charges?

A ₹100 return & restocking fee applies to approved returns.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are available for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Size issues (for eligible products)

A ₹150 handling fee may apply for size-related exchanges.

11. How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are issued within 8–15 working days.

12. How will I receive my refund?

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or UPI

13. My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue quickly.

14. I didn’t receive a tracking link.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hours, email us at info.orthoworld@gmail.com.
